Mailing List

Every tabletop sponsorship and select sponsorships includes a one-time use of the MD&D membership list for a pre-summit mailing to promote your participation. The list will be released at 5 weeks prior to the Summit. Sign the attached list-use agreement and return to Gregg Haunroth at ghaunroth@L-TEN.org no later than September 12, 2017.

Please arrange it so shipments do not arrive more than 3 business days prior to your arrival and send Jennifer Reich the tracking numbers once shipped.

If you plan on shipping anything back at the conclusion of the event, please bring completed Fed-Ex or UPS return shipping labels with you.  Also, if the return shipment is time sensitive we recommend that you schedule a pick up with Fed-Ex or UPS.

 

Table Top Set Up & Breakdown

Set-up/Move-In Times:
Tuesday, October 17 between 8:30 pm – 9:00 pm
Wednesday, October 18 before 6:30 am
All sponsors should plan to have their materials in place by 7:00 am on Wednesday, October 18.

Move-Out Times:
Thursday, October 19 after noon

The sponsor is liable for any damage caused to building floors, walls or columns, or to standard sponsor equipment, or to other sponsor’s property. Please remove any valuables as the foyer area will not be locked at night.

 

Sponsor/Exhibitor Badges & Pick-Up

Important: Reserving a tabletop does not automatically register your booth staff. See directions below to register booth staff.

  • For complimentary pass: Each tabletop includes one (1) complimentary event pass. Use the promotional code emailed to you by LTEN. If you have not received that promotional code, please email info@L-TEN.org. Click here and follow the prompts, checking Promo Code in question #1 and entering Promo Code on payment window.
  • For additional pass(es): Click here and follow the prompts.

All sponsors personnel staffing are required to register and display their assigned badge at all conference events. Sponsors cannot add any ribbon(s) or other I.D. tags to LTEN badge. Only official LTEN badges and ribbons will be allowed to be worn by sponsor’s staff. Sponsor personnel attending functions outside the limits of their registration will be required to pay the full registration fee or be evicted from the conference.
